We offer a naturally beautiful setting and allow you to build the wedding you have always dreamed of. We won’t limit you to a few hours to hold your once in a lifetime event, our venue is yours all day.
We allow you to work with the professionals of your choosing. We offer a fantastic menu selection through our caterer, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
Included in your wedding rental is our 40 x 40 white event tent, tables and chairs for 100 people, under tent lighting, wood round centerpieces, acres of property and ample parking. We offer a flexibility you just don’t find at other venues. Want to bring in a bounce house to entertain the young kids? Not a problem. Need a photo booth to entertain the teens? Go ahead and set one up, we have plenty of room.
We offer you a choice of two distinctly beautiful setting to exchange your vows, choose from our rustic woodland setting or grassy meadow.

We require a $500 security deposit, which we return in full if the area is left clean and no damage has occurred.

We highly recommend our caterer but allow you to bring your own at no additional charge. A few items in our menu selection include: Salmon & Tri Tip, Pasta Bar, Mexican Fiesta & BBQ buffet. We can email you our menu upon request.
We are happy to provide the alcohol, or you may bring your own, but it must be served by our licensed servers. We do not charge a corkage fee. We do not allow any hard alcohol. A certificate of liability insurance is required naming Sandelie Golf Club as an insured. We can offer a hosted or no hosted bar. If you opt for a no host cash bar, all alcohol must be provided and purchased through Sandelie West.
Parking is free and we have plenty of it.
You may bring your own band, DJ or Ipod, music must be under 70 decibels and stop playing by 10:00 pm.
The number of people the tent can hold is based on the layout you choose. If you would like only tables and chairs under the tent, you can fit 16 60″ round tables with 8 chairs each. If you would like to have your food or dance floor under the tent, that will effect how many tables can fit. There is plenty of space for additional tables outside the tent.
